In de meeste gevallen is dit uw achternaam zonder tussenvoegsel (dus ‘Boer’ in plaats van ‘de Boer’). Wordt uw achternaam niet herkend? Probeer dan uw naam met tussenvoegsel.
Heeft u ‘il’ of ‘el’ in uw achternaam (bijvoorbeeld 'El Idrissi')? Deze voegt u sowieso toe.
Uw e-mailadres
U vult hier uw e-mailadres in dat bij ons bekend is. Dat is het e-mailadres waar bijvoorbeeld uw betalingsmail naar wordt gestuurd.Geboortedatum
Als u een account aanmaakt op uw computer of laptop kunt u uw geboortedatum intypen (met streepjes ertussen, geen / of \, dus bijvoorbeeld 01-01-1980). Gebruikt u een smartphone of tablet?
Dan moet u uw geboortedatum selecteren. U klikt op de voorbeelddatum en kiest daarna het juiste jaartal, maand en dag. Dit kan door op het jaartal/maand te klikken links boven in de kalender.
